Ice Chrome™ is manufactured from the smallest particles which allow for true orientation on the surface giving you the truest metal looks of any paint available anywhere.
However, it may be applied over any BaZecoat™ to achieve metal type reflections and will remain transparent enough to show the underlying base colour. Using White BaZecoat™ will give a light milky or ‘ghost like’ appearance. An extremely versatile product Ice Chrome™ can be sprayed with Candy Colorz™ to create any special effect you desire. This finish is found on a variety of OEM applications ranging from alloy wheels and small trim components on luxury cars to electronic products and is also used in general manufacturing. As a final clear coat, it is recommended to use our Diamond Clear™ which is a high gloss clear coat with superb flow and ‘self healing’ like properties, high UV resistance, chemical resistance and more! You may wish to add flames or other custom art-work over the top, or for something uniquely different, add some Candy Colorz™ to your top clear coat to achieve that “special” look! Refer to the TDS.
