The ChromaZone™ system is a multi-layer chrome spray coating suitable for plastic, wood, fiberglass, aluminium, steel and most metals, composites and many other materials. Use the ChromaZone™ system where conventional plating technologies are unsuitable due to cost, size, design, substrate or environmental issues. The system is currently used in small business applications for retail and trade work as well as small production line applications, special effects and advertising as well as prototype development work and for decorative purposes.

Industrial ChromaZone™ Trolley Includes:

Sturdy polished stainless steel construction.
Extra wide wheels for easy movement over uneven surfaces and steel mesh floors
Colour keyed coiled spray hoses for clutter free easy operation.
Stainless steel body dual nozzle spray gun, two stainless steel spray guns and one air gun.
Machine comes fully assembled before shipping to the operator.
Set up and tested by expert technicians to ensure all components operate correctly, according to specifications (this should still be checked prior to every use).
Stainless steel 20 litre pressure vessels to allow continuous non-stop operation.
All guns are set up and tested to perform as specified (these should all be checked prior to every use).
The controls and gauges are set at working height for ease of access with no bending necessary.
Guns are front mounted at working height to reduce user fatigue.
Large handles at both sides allow for quick and easy maneuverability.

ChromaZone™ Coating Packages:

Each DNA™ ChromaZone™ Coatings Package consists of all products needed to ‘chrome’ the specified area and is supplied with a comprehensive step-by-step Technical Data Sheet and application instructions.

Our training runs for two and up to three days in our state-of-the-art training facility, please ask us for further details.

This one-on-one intensive training is an intensive course with a focus on practical hands-on work experience covering all stages of the ChromaZone™ process.

To set up a fully equipped chrome shop is very expensive ChromaZone™ is cheaper to apply than using conventional chrome plating systems. The results are awesome and you can command premium prices for your work.

Easy to use
Once you have mastered the teqhniques, the ChromaZone™ spray painting system is easy to use and spraying chrome shall become second nature. Some people have this as a stand-alone business and others incorporate the ChromaZone™ spray painting system into their current business.

Spray ‘real chrome’ to metal, fiberglass, polycarbons, styro foam glass, plaster, ceramics, wood, plastics and a host of other materials. You will be surprised at the versatility of the ChromaZone™ spray painting system.

Long Lasting
Our specially formulated ChromaZone™ clear coating is extremely flexible with ‘self healing like properties’ and unless the surface is ‘broken’ will protect the ‘chrome’ surface for many years! The ChromaZone™ system has been designed to work well on many surfaces, the larger the area you wish to do, the more difficult and consequently higher skill levels are required. Perfect for decorative finishes, ChromaZone™ will last for years and years when properly looked after.

Product Limitations
Unlike others who claim that similar machines can do everything, we will not! The ChromaZone™ spray painting system is suitable for smaller size objects where a decorative ‘chrome’ finish is required. This technology is not suited to very large or intricately shaped objects, we certainly do not recommend it for full size cars, although some have tried this and apparently achieved reasonable results.

Warning : The device should not be used in spray booths with ‘in floor’ water filtration systems.

Easy to Colour
Add extra value or that special touch of difference to your projects by using DNA™ highly concentrated

Candy Colorz™. This is a great way to create stunning effects like “24K Gold’, “Brass”, “Red Chrome”, “Green Chrome” or a myriad of other special effects.

Water Based
ChromaZone™ is a water based system, it is safer than the highly toxic processes used in traditional chrome plating and without some of the adverse environmental impacts of conventional chrome plating.

WARNING: Special effects painting can be difficult and complex to do. It is vital that you understand how to use these DNA™ products.
